I tried it for the firat time tonight. It was easy to make, tasted ok... only issue i had was the smell... but once mixed with sauce barely noticable....
I am on a Keto diet thought my love affaire with pasta is over lol....Ok so I was VERY skeptical. I rinsed it, cooked it in a pan with ghee until it evaporated moisture. Put my favourite sauce on, Parmesan and WOW!!!!! Amazing! Never going back to regular pasta yum!
It is so easy to prepare. So many ways to prepare just like regular pasta. So glad that I found it. Plus it does not bring my sugar up. I am type 2 diabetic.
