Where in nuPasta sold?
nuPasta is available on our store in cases of 8, or individual packages at Loblaws.ca, Walmart.ca and Well.ca, Alternatively, we are available in over 2000 retail stores in Canada. Please check our store locator for a location near you. We are usually found in the natural, organic or gluten free section of the store.

What ingredients are in nuPasta?
All nuPasta products are made with water, konjac and non-GMO soy.

How do I prepare nuPasta?
Once you open a package, drain and rinse nuPasta thoroughly with cold water in a colander. We recommend leaving the pasta in the colander for a few minutes to let excess water drain off.
Heat nuPasta by pan frying in a hot pan, this will help to reduce moisture and to help the pasta absorb flavour. Add sauce into the pan and heat it up together with the pasta. -

nuPasta has a very short list of ingredients, making it suitable for many dietary needs. We are also dairy free and egg free! -

How do I store nuPasta?
nuPasta is shelf stable at room temperature; leave it in your cupboard until you need it! After the package is opened, cover and refrigerate as you would with any leftovers (3-4 days). Please do not freeze nuPasta as this will damage the product irreversibly (the pasta shrivels up and loses all the water content).

Are there any allergens in nuPasta?
The only allergen present in nuPasta is soy. There is a 2% non-GMO soy content in our pasta.
The Low Calorie Pasta
What is nuPasta?
A full plate (210g) of regular cooked pasta contains about 300 calories and 2g of dietary fibre, the same amount of nuPasta contains 25 calories and 6g of dietary fibre. nuPasta is also gluten free.
Regular pasta is made with wheat, a starch which has calories. nuPasta is made with the root of the konjac plant which is rich in dietary fibre and has no starch. The absence of starch is the reason why nuPasta is so low in calories.

I am on a Keto diet thought my love affaire with pasta is over lol....Ok so I was VERY skeptical. I rinsed it, cooked it in a pan with ghee until it evaporated moisture. Put my favourite sauce on, Parmesan and WOW!!!!! Amazing! Never going back to regular pasta yum!

best substitute for pasta. Best way to cook it is to rinse very well and dry fry it in a non stick pan to get rid of the rest of the moisture.
